HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT AT DENIMPLUS.COM?

    •    You can send the item(s) back to us.

    •    You can return the item('s) to the DENIM+ store. Nassaulaan 2, 1404CN Bussum, The Netherlands. 

    Items can be returned within 14 days after the original purchase date. Please include a copy of the confirmation email of the item('s) you wish to return.

Exchanges

    •    Delivery charges for new purchases are FREE, when exchanging items.

    Upon receipt of the returned item('s) in good condition, we will ship your new item('s) for free.

Faulty items

    •    Initial delivery charges will be refunded, in case of faulty goods (up to €10).

    Please include a note explaining the nature of the default. Upon inspection in our warehouse we will replace your item, including delivery charges or we will give you a store credit.
Returns

    •    You can return your item('s) and get a refund.

    Upon receipt of the returned item('s) in good condition, we will credit your refund back into your account, excluding delivery charges.

Note

* Item('s) returned must be unworn and in resalable condition, all original labels& tags should be attached.
** Swimwear and underwear must be returned unworn and with the original packaging and tags in place.
*** Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
**** Until we receive your return in our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility. We advise to use signed post with sufficient insurance cover.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

    •    We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund will be processed. Please note returns can take up to 14 days to be processed.

    •    Your refund will be credited back immediately via the original method of payment during processing. It could take 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

   •   Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty goods.
